 About the role

This is a 100% remote position.
 

As a Senior People Business Partner, you’ll play the key role of a strategic partner to our leaders, helping them better manage and develop their teams while achieving extraordinary business results. You will closely collaborate with other People functions such as Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and People Operations to influence talent outcomes by delivering practical solutions aligned with our culture.

What you will be doing:
 

  • Be the guardian of the culture, helping reinforce practices and driving desired behaviors across the organization;
  • Support leaders in refocusing organizational structure targeting the achievement of strategic objectives;
  • Understand the talent needs of the business, generating insightful inputs to advise leaders on dealing with changing business needs;
  • Support leaders manage their budget / forecasting with expenses related to payroll.
  • Help develop leaders and key people’s soft skills through continuous feedback and regular coaching sessions;
  • Identifying talent risks before they impact the business or the teams;
  • Analyze critical People Management metrics to make informed recommendations to leaders (eg: analyze eNPS data and support/track action plans);
  • Support the roll-out of the Performance Cycle (eg: be a mediator in the calibrations process).
  • Deal with challenging situations related to People Management, orienting leaders, and supporting decision-making processes;

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Solid experience as an HRBP in a fast-paced, global environment (preferably startups and/or tech companies);
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with People Management metrics;
  • Experience with Employee Compensation is a plus;

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in HR (3 to 5 years as a Business Partner)
  • Fluent in English
  • Relevant certifications in HR or Business Management are an advantage.
