Internal Communications Analyst
About the role
This is a 100% remote position
We are looking for an Internal Comms Analyst to support the delivery of a global and inclusive internal communication strategy, disseminating our culture, and driving employee engagement.
This role involves guiding internal communications, crafting engaging messages, organizing key company rituals, and contributing to Culture & Belonging initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Support the delivery of a global, integrated, and inclusive internal comms strategy to help disseminate our culture, business needs / goals and drive employee engagement.
- Guide internal communications across different functions, orienting on best channels, crafting the message, providing engaging resources and helping deploy in a centralized way.
- Support the information exchange practices through the organization of key company rituals and management of communications tools.
- Contribute with the Culture & Belonging initiatives by creating impactful content that aims to increase awareness and knowledge on related subjects.
- Support the development and deployment of online and/or in-person events.
What you´ll need to succeed in this role:
- Fluent English
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones.
- Genuine interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) topics.
- Familiarity with communications and design tools.
- Excellent organization and time management - manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, as well organization with files and documents.
- Effective communication.
- Creativity - for help creating process that really solve problems.
- Adaptability to constantly changing.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, adaptable to different mediums and tones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
- +2 years of experience working with internal communications.
- Teamwork - collaborate with colleagues and other areas.
- Familiarity with communications and design tools.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to convey ideas with objectivity and effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop helpful work relationships.
Differentials:
- Graphic design or video editing courses are a plus.
- Experience in marketing agencies or startups is a plus.
- Experience with Culture & Belonging initiatives is a plus.
- A good aesthetic sense to contribute with the creation of non-verbal communications.
