About the role

This is a temporary, 6-month, 100% remote position for individuals located in Brazil 🏠

This role involves community management, content creation, and influencer collaboration to drive engagement and growth on key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities include creating compelling content, engaging with the community, and managing partnerships with influencers to promote the brand and its products.

What you will be doing:

  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our brand strategy, producing high-quality posts for each platform.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers, managing partnerships and campaigns to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  • Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive and interactive online community.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess strategy effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and implement impactful social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:
 

  • Social Media Platforms: Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a deep understanding of their algorithms and best practices.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Proficient in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track performance metrics and user engagement.
  • SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices for social media content, including keyword research and optimization technique.
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to craft engaging and on-brand copy for various formats, including captions, scripts, and promotional content.
  • Community Engagement Tools: Familiarity with tools for community engagement and management.
  • Project management skills: Being a protagonist in the projects you are developing, from beginning to end.
  • Hands-on: Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration. Willing to get out of your comfort zone and gaining new experiences.
  • Organization: A highly-organized person, who is not afraid of hands-on projects, and can produce quick designs, execute a vision with creativity and style, and take feedback constructively.

Qualifications:

  • Native Portuguese and Advanced English (you will work in a global team).
  • Experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in community management and content creation.
  • Demonstrated experience working with influencers and managing collaborations.
  • Excellent organization and time management - manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Teamwork ability, collaborating with colleagues and other areas.
  • Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for children's content and education.
