About the role


We are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst to join our performance media team, which is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing online media buying campaigns. Your mission will be to identify the target audience, keywords, interests, and creatives that best convert for the campaign objectives, and to plan and test hypotheses for customer acquisitio

What you will be doing:

  • Create, manage, and optimize online media buying campaigns. Your mission will be strategically and operationally optimizing campaigns on our channels, Facebook/Google/TIkTok, managing platforms, and analyzing results to drive operations.
  • Create, update, and maintain regular performance reports and share with internal teams.Bring new cross-channel media strategies and mindset for channel expansion.
  • Have an analytical view of our media portfolio, managing various channels and their results. 
  • Collaborate with other business teams to advance our presence in new markets.
  • Co-build relevant models with our data team to optimize the work of the Performance Marketing team.
  • Manage campaign strategies for various products across multiple countries, maximizing our RoAS; CAC, CPL, LTV.
  • Responsible for media tag mapping and implementation through tag managers.
  • Handle integrations between media platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and possess knowledge of CRO for sales funnel optimization.
  • Create and present reports

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Work experience with projects, performance marketing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with campaign management and platform management.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Shopping, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), and Google and Facebook tools (display, static, video, among other formats).
  • Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns on major digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, etc.
  • Professional experience in Data Visualization (Looker Studio).
  • Professional experience in Data Analysis (Google Sheets and Google Analytics).
  • Work experience with App Campaigns (Android/iOS).
  • Work experience with website tag creation (Google Tag Manager).
  • Analytical, proactive, and eager to acquire knowledge.


  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Advanced English


  • Meta Ads certifications
