As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of the Sandbox Family and Kids' Product Team. This area is formed by product managers, designers, and content creators, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for kids and families by developing engaging and educational products. You will drive the product strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of products to meet the needs of our audience.

What you will be doing:

  • Strategize: Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Content and others, to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
  • Research: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and study market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Plan & Execute: Drive product development from ideation to launch, working on detailed product requirements and managing project timelines.
  • Optimize: Continuously track product performance through analytics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing features post-launch.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, clearly communicating product vision, status updates, and timelines.
  • User-Centered Approach: Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user behavior and preferences, driving decisions that enhance the user experience.
  • Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks and challenges during the product development process and devise solutions to keep projects moving forward

What you´ll need to succeed in this role:

  • Strong knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) to track KPIs and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) to collaborate with design teams.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to keep track of tasks and progress.
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles and how they relate to product development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the area
  • Advanced English
  • CSPO, PMI-ACP (Nice to have)
